CRITICAL ADVANTAGES
01

From message to auditable order

Transforms requests from fast but fragmented channels such as WhatsApp into order drafts bound to customer, product, price, stock and approval context.

02

One price and stock truth

Sales teams and dealers work from the same authoritative product, price-tier and inventory source, reducing spreadsheet and memory-driven drift.

03

Atomic commercial transaction

Order, inventory reduction, price snapshot and ledger impact succeed together; an invalid line cannot leave a partially completed transaction.

04

Secure dealer-specific visibility

Each dealer sees only its own orders, balance, route and assigned price tier; interface filtering is never treated as the security boundary.

TECHNICAL ARCHITECTURE APPROACH

The system underneath the interface.

BAYİSİS uses a multi-tenant sales architecture that derives customer identity from the authenticated session and scopes commercial data at the database layer. Messaging is only an input adapter; price, inventory, promotion and order truth come from authoritative commercial records.

L1

Identity and scope

The user identity resolves directly to an active dealer account. Customer or tenant selectors supplied by a request are not trusted as identity.

L2

Commercial source model

Product, price tier, inventory, route and customer state enter the canonical model through versioned imports or ERP adapters.

L3

Order transaction

Inventory rows are locked in-transaction; duplicate-SKU quantity, current price and availability are validated together before order, stock and ledger effects are committed atomically.

L4

Message parsing

A WhatsApp request becomes structured intent; ambiguous product, quantity or delivery terms move to review rather than creating an automatic commitment.

L5

Audit and retry

A request identity prevents duplicate order effects while price source, approving role, promotion decision and state changes remain auditable.

CONTROL PLANE

Cross-cutting contracts that make the architecture trustworthy

  • Row-level tenant and dealer isolation
  • Role and duty separation
  • Atomic stock–order–ledger transaction
  • Idempotent order requests
  • Authoritative price source and price snapshot
FAIL-CLOSED BOUNDARY

BAYİSİS never invents price, stock or delivery commitments from message content. Stale sources, insufficient stock, scope mismatch or missing promotion authority produce an explicit error or approval state instead of silent automation.

AUTOMATION BOUNDARY

We explicitly design where the system must stop.

The system turns messages into order data, but never guesses price, stock or commitments outside an authoritative source.

Operational need

When orders remain in messaging channels, separate price lists and personal follow-ups, the sales operation becomes fragile.

The Corixo approach

BAYİSİS brings dealer orders, product information and sales workflows into a more visible and auditable operating structure.

The goal is not to create more screens. It is to form the right decision inside a more visible, explainable system with clear responsibility.

Intended value

Less information loss, a more orderly order flow and a shared working environment for sales teams.

Questions we address

  • How can WhatsApp orders be managed systematically?
  • How can dealer prices and order information remain consistent?
  • Where should human approval be preserved in sales operations?
